What we collect

ManisIPTV is ordered and supported over WhatsApp, so the information we hold is whatever you send us in that conversation. In practice that is usually:

• The WhatsApp phone number you message us from, and the name shown on your WhatsApp profile.
• The plan you asked about or ordered.
• The device and player you told us about, so we can send the right setup instructions.
• Any payment reference you send us to confirm an order.

This website itself does not run analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. It does not ask you to create an account, and it has no contact form that stores submissions.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want your card number, bank credentials, passwords for other services, or copies of identity documents. If anyone claiming to be ManisIPTV asks you for those, stop and check with us on our published WhatsApp number before replying.

Why we hold it

We use your details for exactly three things: setting up and activating your subscription, sending you setup instructions for your device, and answering your support messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Third parties involved

• WhatsApp carries the conversation between you and us, and is subject to its own privacy policy and terms.
• Our web host serves the typeface used on this website. The font files are stored on this site rather than loaded from a third party, so viewing a page does not send a request to any font provider.
• Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses and requested pages.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and support conversation for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can help if you come back or if a billing question arises. You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will deal with it. Note that if you ask us to delete everything while a subscription is running, we may no longer be able to support or renew that subscription.

Children

ManisIPTV is sold to adults. We do not knowingly take orders from children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Continuing to use ManisIPTV after a change means you accept the updated policy.
