Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order or use a ManisIPTV subscription. Placing an order means you accept them.

What the service is

ManisIPTV supplies login details that let a compatible IPTV player application stream content over your own internet connection. What you are buying is access for a fixed period, on the number of devices stated in the plan you chose.

ManisIPTV does not host, own, produce or broadcast any of the channels or media reached through the service, and does not control what any given source chooses to transmit or when.

Your account and details

  • Your login details are for you. Do not share, resell or publish them.
  • Each plan covers the stated number of simultaneous streams. Running more than that may cause your line to stop working.
  • If we find credentials being shared or resold, we may suspend them without a refund.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has your details.

What you need to provide

You are responsible for your own equipment and internet connection. A stable connection matters more than a fast one, but a connection that is too slow or too unstable will affect playback regardless of anything we do at our end. We are happy to advise, but we cannot fix your home network for you.

Availability and quality

We work to keep the service running smoothly and to resolve interruptions quickly. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we cannot guarantee that any specific channel, event, film or series will be available on a given day. Channel line-ups change, sources change, and picture quality depends on the original broadcast as well as on your device and connection.

Short maintenance windows and occasional source-side outages are a normal part of how IPTV works. Message us when something is wrong and we will look into it.

Payment

Prices are shown on our pricing section in euros. Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp when you place your order. A subscription starts once we have activated it and sent your details, and runs for the period you paid for. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you renew by contacting us again.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Please read it before ordering.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service for private viewing only, not for public or commercial redistribution.
  • Do not record, rebroadcast, resell or otherwise redistribute content reached through the service.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not use the service in any way that breaks the law where you live. It is your responsibility to know what that law says.

Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription without a refund if these terms are broken, in particular where credentials are shared or resold, or where the service is used unlawfully.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, ManisIPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed broadcasts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
