Refund Policy
The short version: try the free trial first, tell us quickly if something is wrong, and we will do our best to fix it before anyone talks about money.
Try before you buy
We offer a 24-hour free trial precisely so that you can test ManisIPTV on your own device and your own connection before paying anything. We strongly recommend using it. Most compatibility and quality questions are settled during the trial, which is better for everyone than a refund argument afterwards.
Tell us first
If something is not working after you have paid, message us on WhatsApp before doing anything else. A large share of reported problems come down to the player app, a device setting, or the local network, and we can usually resolve them the same day. We need a fair opportunity to fix a problem before a refund is considered.
Stopping, and why there is usually nothing to cancel
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. A plan runs for the period you paid for and then ends, so stopping simply means not renewing — there is no cancellation form to complete and no notice period to give, and nothing is deducted when a period ends.
The one thing worth checking is on your side rather than ours. If you paid using a method that can create a repeating payment of its own, that arrangement sits with your payment provider and needs stopping there. Our terms of service cover the payment side, and leaving an IPTV service cleanly covers what else is worth doing on the way out.
When we will refund
We will refund your current subscription period where all of the following are true:
- You reported the problem to us within 48 hours of your subscription being activated.
- The problem is a genuine fault on our side, not a device, player or internet issue at your end.
- You gave us a reasonable chance to diagnose and fix it, including trying the steps we suggested.
- We were unable to resolve it.
When we will not refund
- You changed your mind, or ordered by mistake, after the subscription was activated.
- Your internet connection is too slow or too unstable for reliable streaming.
- Your device or player is not compatible, when this could have been established during the free trial.
- A specific channel, event, film or series is not available. Line-ups and sources change and are not guaranteed.
- The interruption was a short outage or scheduled maintenance that has since been resolved.
- Your subscription was suspended for breaking our terms of service, for example by sharing or reselling credentials.
- Most of the subscription period has already been used.
Partly used subscriptions
Where a refund is agreed on a longer plan that has been partly used, we may refund on a pro-rata basis for the unused remainder rather than the full amount.
How to request one
Message us on WhatsApp from the number you ordered with. Tell us the plan you bought, the date it was activated, the device and player you are using, and what is going wrong. Approved refunds are returned by the same payment method you used to pay, and how quickly the money lands depends on that provider.
